Privacy policy

Your health habits are personal. We collect only what we need to give you your results and run your Pod, we never sell your data, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

What we collect

• Intake answers: age, sex, country, height, weight, habits, any conditions you select and family history.
• Pods: your application (name, email, optional phone, city, age, goals), your health screening answers, your signed waiver, attendance and payment status. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number.
• Email details: your email, optional first name and, if you opted in to updates, when and how, with your consent record.
• Basic usage data: pages visited and device type, to keep the site working well.

How we use it

• To calculate and email your intake results.
• To review Pod applications, match people to Pods, keep sessions safe, take payment and stay in touch with your Pod.
• To email you when a Pod opens near you, plus occasional Live Longer Pods news, only if you opted in.
• To improve the Healthspan Engine and the Pods program using de-identified data only.

Consumer health data

Your intake answers and Pod health screening are consumer health data under laws such as Washington's My Health My Data Act, Nevada SB 370 and Connecticut's data privacy law. We collect and use this data only with your consent, given when you submit the intake or your Pod screening, and only to provide your results, Pod matching and safe Pod sessions. Your Pod Host sees your screening answers; other Pod members never do. We do not sell it, and we do not share it except with the service providers listed below. Independent practitioners at a session, such as a naturopathic doctor, collect their own health information under their own privacy obligations. You can withdraw consent and ask us to delete your health data at any time by emailing hello@livelongerpods.com.

Research and aggregate findings (optional)

If you opt in, your answers and results may be combined with other members' data to improve our healthspan estimates and to publish aggregate findings, such as what changes for people in a Pod. Before any research use we remove your name, email and other direct identifiers, and we only publish results for groups, never individuals. Opting in is never required, and you can opt out at any time; future research will exclude your data.

Use of AI

We use AI tools to help analyze de-identified, aggregate data and to help draft emails and Pod materials. A person on our team reviews everything before it is sent. The AI providers we use process data under contract and may not use it to train their own models.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run Live Longer Pods: Stripe for payments, Resend for email, our hosting and database provider, and our AI service providers. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers, employers or insurers. Other members of your Pod see your first name and what you choose to share in person.

Where it is stored

Data is stored on secure servers in the United States. If you live outside the United States, your information may be processed there and be subject to its laws.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from our emails with the link in any of them. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw any consent, at any time by emailing hello@livelongerpods.com. We respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as Canada's PIPEDA and CASL, the EU and UK GDPR, or the California CCPA. We will not treat you differently for using them.

How long we keep it

We keep your intake and Pod data while you are in a Pod or on a Pod list, and until you ask us to delete it. Waivers and payment records are kept as long as the law requires. If you unsubscribe, we keep a record of that so we never email you again by mistake.
